Placing an order:

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and the availability of the goods, we will email you to accept the order, and confirm that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted the order.

In the event of the goods not being available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of the order and there will be no contract between us.

Unavailable items:

We will not supply substitute goods for any unavailable items unless specifically requested to do so.

Delivery:

All items are sent by Royal Mail Registered Post and will need to be signed for on delivery.

If you are not available to sign for the goods then a card will be left and the goods will be held at your local sorting office for seven days for collection.

Goods will normally be delivered within 3/5 working days within the UK.

Next day delivery is available via Royal Mail Special Delivery at extra charge.

Cancellation and Returns:

You may cancel your contract at any time up to seven working days after the day of delivery.

To do this, please email or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for the cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us improve our service to future customers.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

You must ensure that the goods are packed adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange for them to be collected, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.

If you fail to take good care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

The cancellation does not affect your statutory rights.
